Haha, it's funny you posted that first one, because I just read last month in Glamour magazine that to reduce cellulite, just pound and massage the buttocks and thighs for 20 minutes a day! Done!

I think self-spanking can be great if you don't have someone there readily offering to do it for you, but I must admit, I think that the robo-spanker is a bit silly. I've tried one before and it had the worst case of SDS (same damn spot) of anything that's ever swatted my butt. :/

Autumn -- I repeat, "let me do that for you." LOL Actually, I'm sure your husband is more than happy to volunteer his services....

alex reynolds -- you hit the nail right on the head (or maybe that should be, "You hit the bottom right on the sit-spot"). I've never seen one of these machines other than in pictures, but the "SDS" syndrome works against it, and the strength of each swat is probably the same, too. If you have to, you're probably better off trying to spank yourself unaided by a machine.

That said, it's a pleasure to see you commenting on here. I love your "Alex in Spankingland" blog, and of course have a link to it in my blog roll. We've actually met, albeit briefly, at Crimson Moon in the past. (Met, not played--that might have to go on my "bucket list".) Anyway, nice to see you here, and come back often!
